Laura Jensen founded Jensen Reserve after discovering that what she ate could have a profound impact on her health. Artisan foods, cured products and local beef and pork are at the heart of Jensen Reserve.
Laura also maintains the most genetically diverse herd of Meishan pigs outside of China on her farm in Loganville where she lives with 2 of her 3 children and her husband of 21 years, Bill.
Together they developed their own process to grow, cure and sell Prosciutto and other cuts.
