Why should you use just plain old salt? I love to encorporate herbs and mushrooms into just about everything and that is how I came up with this Wild Mushroom Salt! The mushrooms change according to the seasons depending on what I find out in the wild, although there is always shiitake mushrooms in it. For this season the salt has morels and porcini mushrooms too! Use this in cooking or as a finishing salt. It is a savory salt that adds an extra depth to your meal.
